Zayn Malik was born in 1993 in Bradford and is of English-Pakistani decent. When he was 17 in 2010, he attended audition for an iconic TV show  The X-Factor and tried to join the competition as a solo performer.

The same year he joined his future bandmates Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Niall Horan, to form one of the best boy bands of the current century, One Direction. In 2015, Zayn left the band and started his solo career as a singer.

Zayn Malik is a very popular social media star and a public personality, with the number of subscribers of his Instagram account exceeding 54 million people (as of the early 2025).

He dated a lot of beautiful women including Perrie Edwards from Little Mix, Rebecca Fergusson, and also Gigi Hadid, a model, on and off for many years, and in September 2020 they became parents of a lovely daughter. However, in October 2021 the couple split up.
